Madison is home and always has been.
Having lived and worked here all my life, I know this community, its people, and the properties that make it special. For over 31 years, I’ve helped clients buy and sell in Madison and Morgan County, whether they’re longtime neighbors or discovering the area for the first time. I also work the surrounding areas and work hard on my clients’ behalf.
My approach is straightforward: listen carefully, give honest advice, negotiate with my clients’ best interests in mind, and stay in touch throughout the process. Buying or selling property isn’t an easy process, and I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions and confident that I’m looking out for them. Many have worked with me more than once, and those lasting relationships are the most rewarding part of what I do.
I have been a member of the Million Dollar Club for close to 30 years and am the only Madison and Morgan County agent in the Lake Oconee Board of Realtors to receive the Silver Phoenix Award for that achievement. I offer a level of concierge service that is incomparable.
My love for Madison extends well beyond real estate. I currently chair the Board of Trustees at the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center, serve on the Madison Historic Preservation Commission, and previously served on Madison’s City Council. I also founded Madison’s public arts program. In addition, I am a member of the Lake Oconee Arts Alliance, founder and president of Expert Justice, and a member of the administrative board at Madison’s First United Methodist Church.
This community has given me a great deal, and being involved is my way of giving back. Home is truly where the heart is.
